you can smoke. i smoked a fuckin joint 5 minutes before i started my FIRST tattoo....it didn't do SHIT....i was just REALLY HIGH......didn't bleed more or less...didn't hurt worse, my adrenaline just made my blood pump more so i felt way higher......
drinking A LOT...yeah, you don't wanna be shit faced...but you aren't going to fucking bleed out.....if you've had less than 4 drinks you're FINE......but responsible tattoo artists wont' tat up someoen who's drunk as fuck.
you CAN take pain killers too....people say you can't, but that's BULLSHIT.

it is the old school logo and new alternative logo COMBINED!!! so it is original, as that is not a logo seen on ANY appearal or anything.
2nd why do it?? born and raised in denver, born and raised watching the Broncos, being a broncos and sports fan defines who I am to this day! WHY NOT???

I did say it's up to the individual, I just don't understand putting something like that on your body. It's not your logo, it's a logo of a team that you like. You can do whatever you want, but I can also say what I think.

Custom is not putting together an old team logo with a new team logo. That's called put one on top of the other and trace (just being an ass, I'm sure that's not exactly how it was done--if it was then holy shit buddy I am right, lol).
I can understand liking a sports team. Hell, I like the Mariners and the Seahawks. I've watched the Mariners since I was 4 years old, been to over 30 games easy.....but I'm not gonna tattoo a fucking Mariners logo on my arm.
When it comes down to it, all that bullshit doesn't mean anything. When you are sitting there pondering your life (I hope you think about your life) and how things work and why, and all that shit.......I would hope sports isn't the first thing you think of. If you take that shit away, what do you got? Nada.
Sports are a way to distract yourself from shit that's actually important to your life, as in, what you could be doing do better your life or any number of things not related to distracting yourself from reality.
Point being, when you look at life....and the way it formed, is, will be.....sports is at the bottom of the list.
I think of tattoo's as something spiritual and as something that should represent you and who you really are. If all you really are, is a fucking Broncos fan, then you got a ways to go man.
If you get a tattoo cause you think they are cool, or they look cool, or you saw some faggot in a rock band with one, or your friend got one, or you saw LA Ink and want some faggoty tattoo they did on there.........YOU SHOULD NOT GET A TATTOO IN MY OPINION.
If you can sit there on your death bed and say, "I'm proud of this," then that's all that matters.
