wasnt sandy hook and the aurora shooting connected by the Libor scandal. i wonder how the scandal is gonna get tied to the boston bombing.

edit: found out a little info, apparently the lady was helping kids in the school shooting (that caption of "apparently she supposedly died" is bullshit) and the Sandy Hook people were given front row view at the Boston Marathon because the last mile was dedicated to the victims of the shooting. So the lady basically had some terrible luck being apart of both tragedies.

While I'm not saying I disagree with you I'm pretty sure the bomb squad gets sent out anytime a bomb goes off somewhere whether there are reports of other bombs or not.

You also have to understand hundreds of people ran away from the scene leaving dozens of backpacks, purses, bags etc behind. So of course they are going to have a lot of stuff to look through and are going to use the bomb squad to do so right after a double bombing.

sorry i was actually referring to the reports of bomb teams being sent to disarm 2 other bombs found and they were going to be disarmed with water cannons.

I might be mistaken as I've been at work since most of this happened but I don't think there was ever official word of other bombs being found and it was just news sources reporting that they had word "from sources" that other bombs were found. I could be wrong though.

Everyone wants to be the first to break any piece of news they can when something like this happens as I said in the Sandy Hook thread. By doing so there is usually lots of false and unreliable information given out during chaotic situations as these two events.

This website seems to have decently crediable info with source links...
