thats not possible ! they have to send the OG copies to the pressing companysbut they will be always slightly lowered in quality.Scans cant be used, they had the OG thang but the company cant get it 100% identical ,just VERY similar.thats our Turn now to proove whats REAL and not REAL.

Because discmakers doesn't profit off of sales. They make money strictly off of pressings and there is such a small demand for the items being bootlegged they would have never had another order placed to them by the label/artist anyways. Hence why these title are OOP and HTF.

yea but they are gettin pretty many titles that will get repressed ,even if the chance is low that they gonna re-order.there is a chance.also i think that Discmakers generally dont likes when there are cheaper looking Reprints circulating, thats just an image thang.
aswell i could think about the money aspect.if discmakers opens this case and goes to the court,im sure they would get a good amount of dollas for breaking this Law.but you could be rite aswell and we need to talk to the artists instead of talking to discmakers.im just tryin each way to move sumthin.hope more people joining this movement real soon !!!!

yeah using sum scans on auctions is da best way to differenciate OG and fake , and all those blog owners start sharing sum scans of your OGs to prevent upcoming fake chinese repress , it will help people to avoid buying those upcoming or already existing fake BOOTLEGGS .

you can put a name on it when you make your own scan ,and you must avoid putting your tag on some1 else scans as you did for creep etc etc lol

I'm pretty sure if you copyright something in the US it is only protected in the US, and if you copyright it in say Europe it is protected world wide. The reason is because the US opted not to sign a treaty in regards to copyrights years ago. Its something weird like that, I'm pretty sure thats what I remember in my indie record labels class. I know the US is different. Which now that you mention it, would make this whole thing pointless, unless it was happening in the US.

you know the most important thing to do is, evry fucking time we see a suspected Auction especially by those Sellers t-pup or Alka or any Affiliated seller , Then Report it directly on Ebay.we did yesterday on the Tu Cole and Felony auctions and what happened, ebay took it off.Ebay wont be the Place anymore where they can sell their Fake cds.and if its not ebay , we know all know by now on evry Forum, so they can sit on them forever.i think this is the most important step to fight againt this movement, reporting them each n evry time until they re banned forever on ebay.trust me they will be!
