Realistically speaking, how long do you see him holding the belt? Are we talking a few fights, or maybe a few years? It's impossible to forsee what future talent will come into the UFC, but I think this guy could dominate the 205 division just like Silva and Pierre are doing.

Which, if any, fighters do you think could create a matchup problem for him and possibly take his belt? He has an insane 84 1/2" reach, he is tall, and extremely fast. It almost looks like he is on a completely different level than his competition.

What is there not to like about him? He seems very humbled by all of his success and appears to be a genuinely nice guy. He has good character and is a class act.

I for one really enjoy watching him fight and I strongly believe we are witness to something very special.

i think rashad not macida can give jones problems tho, he just as atletic just as quicc if not quiccer, has great footwork, ko power in kiccs and his hands, and is the better wrestler which is the main key in their matchup...but most of all i think is they know each other, they've not just trained in the same building but theyve sparred on many occasions and from what i heard evans had him crying, quitting and taping out.

Rashad has very similar style to Rampage(boxing and wrestling) and is SMALLER. The guy is a middlweight fighting at light heavy. What kicks? Please don't bring up the Salmon KO because that was a 1 time thing. Machida is FASTER than Rashad, but Rashad is a little more explosive with his wrestling. Not to mention Rashad's questionable chin. Dude has been rocked in every single one of his recent fights. Jones will KILL Rashad. Horrible match up for Rashad. Too big, too athletic, too dynamic striking, too long of a reach, too good of wrestling, etc.

people just think rashad is a cool guy or some shit and let that cloud their opinion. rashad is the contender that's got least for jones at this time. phil davis and machida are jones biggest threats right now.

i don't watch fights to see feuds play out i give a fuck about 2 fighters liking or not liking each other. i watch fights to see the best fight the best and rashad is not at the very top of the division.

i'd say the reason feuds are so great is because you can just feel the tension when that fight finally comes around, you know they're really gonna go out there with the intention to fuck eachother up.

like when it came out how silva felt disrespected by belfort taking that fight with him after all he'd done to help him in the past, then seeing the face-off with anderson in the mast talking hella shit in a way you dont normally see.. you knew they were gonna go in there & try to take eachother's heads off.

also, one thing i love about combat sports is that if you really dislike an athlete theres always the possibility of seeing them get the shit beat out of them.

Are we talking about the same Machida that got put to sleep by Shogun and ran from Rampage like a bitch for 3 rounds until a minute left in the fight? Machida is no threat to Bones at all, he will get put to sleep.
