There are a lot of Raider fans there, but not like there used to be. I'm sure the fact that the Chargers have been raping them for like 14 games straight might have something to do with that. A lot of them drive down from LA which is not far at all obviously.
My initial point was the Raiders have more to worry about then the running game (which you also said), not sure what you're on about here.
Playing in Oakland is always tough, but if the Chargers play like that did last week the Raiders will have their hands full.

If the Raiders can keep their usual suspect issues in line, then they could pull off a win...Saying that, the possibility of the Raiders playing "their perfect game" this year isnt the most likely thing in the world...Theyre O-line keeping their fingers in the dam, so to speak...DMC goin for near 100 yards on the ground...DHB keeping the ball in his hands...Not killing themselves with penalties...making tackes, etc etc...They have the talent to win this one, but they need to stay out of their own way, and everybody needs to do their job.
my point is that our secondary combined with our pass rush is good enough to contain Rivers... we're not gonna shut down your passing game... but it's not a big deal IF we can stop the run
I'm confident in the Raiders passing defense to play well enough against any team... that running game just skills us though and really wears out our defense

I said stop the run cuz year after year y'all have ran all over us, once again we are at the bottom of the league at stopping the run, and if I were head coach and I knew we were facing one of the top passing defenses who can't stop the run I would run all day. Phillip rivers, as much as I hate him, is a great qb, but I'm more worried about stopping the run the run. The only way rivers beats us is if the running game opens it up for him
And y'all should be leading the division that's what I meant by not playing up to the way y'all are supposed to. I don't care if y'all wiped your asses with the cardinals, you lost to the chiefs, I'd be more concerned with a division loss than beating someone in a different conference
