That was the best SD hip hop show I have been to! If it goes down like that every month, then I will be there every month! A good mix of groups, vibe was real cool in there!
If you got there late and missed Forte on the talk boxx you sho-nuff fucked up. My man absolutly rocked it with that shit!!!!! Roger, Quik, Teddy Riley and SD's own Forte are the masters of the boxx! (Yo Crhymes... you got to bring that cat back for an extended set!!!) Gas was bustin me up hosting, and he gave away a lot of shit too! (I wanted a sip of that triple layer syrup (Errr, soda). He was making that shit look refreshing. All good... the beer was only $3 before 10PM. I was taking several to the head with the cats from Outta Control at the bar to make the 10PM deadline, then I found out thay only go up 50cents after 10... so yaknow I was lit fosho by the end of the night. (Note: There is a liquer sto right next to the club, so if $3 is to much you can take a 40 to the head in your car, then walk rite in/strip club is just down the way to if you need it) Crhymes kept it move'n and was all over the club hypin shit up! I now know why thay call Bloodstone "The Street Preacher", he had a whole bunch of cats gatherd around in the parking lot speaking on SD music, life, kids, the end of the world, and other ill shit. He then jumped and stage and blew the roof off the spot.... good shit!! Got to chop it up with the cats from DieNasty Records - HeatRok, Tha Cor, Outta Control, and everyone did thay thing! Bad thing was I had to take a shit but someone blew chunks all over the pot, floor, and sink?
Got a little packed in there! Pool tabels was full all night, bar was busy, and the front stage area had a big group of people partying for every act. I dont know if it was a case of the planets aligning on some wierd shit, but the SD hip hop sceen felt like the bizness on this night.

lol they was on my ass about that soda! i just loves me some fanta so much i brought it to the club with me! i got you next time on the sip folks! everyone wanted to know where the weed was at so i gave away some weed lolololol the next shows gonna be better. im gonna bring my boys out... dave moss and heaterville records. i wanted to play some pool! but i had a job to do..yeah man we really showed that we can do it in san diego...no exscuses about the west not being on.....we just did it.....
and we gonna do it again...and again...until were at the house of blues or coors amitheatre with it..and we got PEOPLE FROM OTHER CITIES FLYING IN to fuck with us...

i hope everyone enjoyed they recession proof cds i made sure everyone in the house got one, made trips to the parking lot and sat cds down in front of unfamiliar faces..if you did come out and you didnt get one ill make sure you get one...

ITS WASNT NO PLANETS ALIGNED TYPE SHIT.. THATS JUST HOW I THROW SHOWS. I PUT OUT POSITIVE VIBES.. THEREFORE EVERYTHING FALLS INTO PLACE. for the record...the package that I received for my contribution to BODC with the Little Shot Glass engraved is dope as fuck....shit like that seems insignificant to others, but it's something that is tangible and has a stroy behind it...much respect to young mass, 40oz Chris, and the whole masstapiece Ent.
man..right down the street, all fucked up...lost two close friends in a week, wasn't really socialable..my bestfriends sister passed tuesday the week before so I flew to Boston to bury her, and then when I get back to SD one of my good friends overdosed on some shit that thursday.... I would have been there, but my mind was other places...nah mean, just kind of numb to everything at the moment.
