Lil wayne is HOT right now (his name as commodity).. as the greatest rapper.. I think you are alone on that one. Not saying he doesnt do good music, but come on... He can rap, but he cant hold to a few real rappers out here.

As far as Bloods love him.. maybe the ones that know him.. but there is a difference between love and respect. Lil Wayne wants respects FROM the Bloods and Pirus... that's cool as long as he reaches to the real ones.. I cant say that for alot of the other Blood rappers in the industry.

I heard lil wayne even reached out to OFTB. We'll see.

thats what im saying, going to jil at the height of his career tryna get wit real pirus bloods (pac actually got put on MOB though), all the tattoos, misunderstood bullshit, Birdman is his suge, etc.


But when he fade out and we go back and check the catalouge we going to see he didn't rap about shit, just dropped a million punchiness.

i was just thinking the same thing...cause Pac back in the day used to sport blue rags and say "locced out" alot in his raps...and later became affilated with MOB piru(although he never repped blood tuff like lil wayne does in his lyrics)

Its bullshit because this is home of hollywood. I really think it's a super tribalism out here. Ny made there city work for them, ATL is mking it where the whole south can shine, but you are telling me in this rich as state, with one of the richest city/county in the world niggas can't get there shit crackin? I got too many homies from Seattle to San Diego and they all real wid it.. spit heat and I've connected alot of them to do music.

I dont know what to say.. the formula is fucked up right now.. who's on top of the West Coast rap game and are they trying to help out by investing in our coast's talents? I think some are greedy and like to play ping pong with each other.

As for the topic of Lil Wayne being a Blood... You wonder why he's going full blown on this. I feel he thought it was cool. Then shit got real on him and now he needs to fuck with real Bloods. What these cats dont know is that you claim Blood or Crip, you automatically got enemies in the streets.

Shit is sick with these false claimers these mufuckas aint know the what a real damu go through being a blood in the mecca. Outnumbered by crips damn there 3 to 1, bloods fighting bloods, and pirus, plus the mexicans seem to not like bloods alot these days in LA. shit is a real slap in the face.
