White people down south make Mac n cheese like black people. I think it's considered an American dish. It's made like a casserole. 4-5 kinds of cheese, milk, butter, eggs, salt and pepper to taste, macoroni. You mix that shit in a bowl while the mac noodles are still hot miX the cheese too.Then you put a layer of that down and cover with more cheese, then another layer cover with cheese. Repeat until you reach the top. You can use velvetta to cover but you have to use REAL cheese too. Bread crumbs if you want on top. Bake it. Slap slap slap.
