does anybody have a figure on how many american jobs depend on this so called war on drugs?...cops,c.o.'s,atf,dea..etc.

over 14,000 drug rehab centers in the u.s.....business is booming and they appreciate your addiction to illegal drugs.

damn this is a tough one.

on the one hand i would love for some gung ho white boys who want to do the right thing go in and kill all those pudgy mexican cartel heartless scum bags. theyre not propaganda made up boogie men. they really exist, and they really are cold hearted fuck faces that need to be served.

on the other hand the usa doesnt just help countries bc its the noble thing to do. if america goes in and puts american soldiers on the line to fight the cartels, in return theyre gonna have their thumbs over mexico even more than they already do. and that could be a bad thing for a lot of beaners.

more cheese and sour cream in tacos is not the business

You want to get rid of cartels? You could do it overnight by simply ending the war on drugs and tipping the scales of supply and demand out of their favor.

They really don't want to do that though there is way too much money in it like Surcaliman said. They just need the "face" of a new "bad guy" seeing Osama is dead now, or been dead, or they are saying is dead, or whatever.

I don't think your government gives a fuck if it will be the next vietnam, if history is to go by anything, they will go there if they want and nobody will stop them.

A massive problem I see with making the cartels terrorists is I would bet there will be alot more human rights abuses in your own borders. What is stopping them from saying Juan from Texas is a terrorist because his brothers uncles cousin knowns of a dude in the cartel? Or even if he doesn't they can claim that and nobody can do anything about it.

Then even worse are the people of south america, anyone of them can be called a terrorist....

Sadly, the only way to stop the cartels is to remove human rights or it becomes one big clusterfuck of court cases
