i just filed a non-receipt claim. whoever paid thru paypal should also file a claim so that way paypal will see utilize them as part of their investigation.

I filed a claim already also Marv. I once filed a claim because I bought an ipod on ebay a long time ago and the seller never sent it. I won the dispute because the seller never responded, so it said I should get my $150 or something like that. However, I never got the money back because the guy had withdrawn the funds already so I was like....fuck.. oh well. Then like 6 months later, $150 magically appear on my account and paypal just paid me the money. So........EVENTUALLY you get your money back.
