btw, speaking of benchpress, there was this grandma that was taking forever i swear. she was doing like 30 or something and she would do a bunch of reps and just sit there for like 10 mins, then do it again. i was pissed...

and then after she was done you had to remove 2/3rds of the weights. you forgot that part.
