I doubt it was bc of syrup remember he is overweight and out of shape thats the main problem, his heart probaly was clogged up and started pumpin slow which caused lack of blood and oxygen flow and it caused the rest of his body to shut down(which explains the life support hook up) i lost a uncle years ago to the same thing

well combine that with drinkin lean, and i can see why the man is in a coma. however i hope he pulls through
