Is anyone really surprised by this? Plenty of African immigrants come here, live in shitty neighborhoods, and join gangs...only to go BACK to their homeland with those same affiliations. Im surprised this is just NOW surfacing in 2010.

Anyone living in Seattle knows about Yesler Terrace.
