The Worst: X-Raided & Kingpen "City Of Kings". That album cover is garbage, it is just a dude blowing a cloud of smoke with a fake bootleg X-raided cap.

The Best: DJ Paul "King Of Memphis". The cover is tight and it's the only one I could think of that has droped this year.
