I'll have to check out castlevania , seems to have a steady following.
They are all tight. I have never played a horrible one. Start with Symphony of the night and work your way up and then go back and play the old school versions. I have all of them except for the Castlevania Chronicles.

This sounds corny but I've always like the Sonic the Hedgehog music and Resident Evil, Mortal Kombat. Castlevania was great, brings back memories...

was tony hawk 3 cuzzo....and that was the best tony hawk soundtrack tied with THUG 2's soundtrack

i seen TONS of good mentions (f-zero, dk country)

id say zelda and metal gear solid....both classic....metal gear solid 2 was perfectly composed IMO

ill agree with max payne and castlevania too

final fantasy series and squaresoft in general has held down good soundtracks...you got a long ass 20 minute fuckign song in the beginning of every FF game...and some times you cant even skip ahead, a nigga actually gotta listen to it.
