I like the old stuff & new just the same . I wanted fast , wild music back then . Now I like his normal speed flow . That wild shit back in the day was dope though , made me wanna day dream (I really didn't do nothing like that) bout getting into a high speed w/ a blunt lit & keys in the trunk .

every artist progresses and AP has stayed active and relevant in the game all these years (props) but every music fan appreciates a certain time period/sound of an artist a little bit more than others.

personally - 1998-2002 AP.9 was the dopest to me. yeah he was doing a lot of yelling and shit, but that was the style at the time. during around 1999-2000 he was arguably the dopest in the bay (a lot of my folks felt this way) and i think they had a good case. Headshotz was a great album and every feature he was on he would murk (kinda like Quinn in his prime, 1994-1997).

i haven't heard too much of the newer shit but i'm gonna peep Reality Check when i get a chance. keep doing it AP.

How many tracks deep are you on Pursuit Of Perfection? It's about that time for an AP album or mixtape or something.

AP-9 SHOULD DO AN ALBUM W/ SACRED MUZIC ????... FREDDY MACHETE BEATS ONLY . THEY MAKE SOLID MUSIC TOGETHER . THAT G-SHIT MIX-TAPE IS DOPE TOO .

Appreciate that man. I agree he compliments my beats well. I'd say it's cuz I love making gangsta rap most and AP.9 is a gangsta so its perfect. On a side note I'm not with Sacred Muzic anymore. I started my own label called Dope Boy Music Group. So far the label consists of me, Jesus Carona, and So Gutta on production, and Axion Jaxion and Philly da Kid rappin...I'm gunna use AP.9 as much as he'll let me as far as outside artists...Andre Nickatina too we been workin lately.

The only one I've heard of outta all of those is big Hollis but I've never worked with him. I came up in this shit working under Mike Mosely...other than that I fuck with black Mozart, Jesus corona, and So Gutta from Gutta Mob as far as production. My boy DJ Pause got some slaps too.

My favorite AP.9 album in On Tha Block, maybe cz AP let me do over half the production, lol. But honestly AP's last few albums are the best of his career. If u ain't copped Relentless or Reality Check,go cop em today. Every track is amazing. Can't wait for the new shit AP
