In this country that's against the law and rightfully so...Your scenario comparison was way off base
And I hope the irony of that statement isn't lost on you considering the juggalette post a few threads down. And considering the sheenanicole thing a few years back, I guess this site and it's mods are as guilty as Bernie. Like I said earlier, string up the chesters and scumfucks by their toes, and stop the witchhunting and hysteria for everyone else unless they are a threat to children.

LOL fistacuffs you got issues man....

All I know is at this point, downloading a beheading video is not against the law nor a threat to children....Some guy getting pictures of a naked 8 year old is. If you find that wrong then so be it I guess...

I take it in your world, a guy can have a buncha pics of nude children engaged in sex acts and it's "ok"...As long as they're not touching them....for now that is.

Ad Hominem attacks are the refuge of the fool, especially funny coming from a mod on a site where questionable material has been posted more than once.
Child explotation is sickening no matter what form it comes in. So is adult explotation. I wouldn't expect you to understand what with all the bouncing asses in your sig.
The fact is, you're advocating putting someone in jail for looking at something. And despite the lack of a trial or a conviction, you've already made up your mind that the man is guilty, not even knowing the facts of the case because it's under federal seal. I guess rap music hasn't taught you anything about the judicial system and how utterly fucked it is.

I didn't say I had judged him already. Show me where I said he should be jailed and the key thrown away. All I'm saying is that the excuse ITSELF sounds lame. Even if someone is doing research for a book, why is is necessary for them to KEEP the material on their hard drive after downloading it? He proved how easy it was so why didn't he delete it?

I'm sorry you have something against my sigs aka "adult exploitation".....strippers and porn stars are AWFUL victims and we should console and cuddle them lol

We can agree to disagree man that's what forums are for. Nothing personal

Cool.
My biggest problem with the whole thing is that by making it a crime to look at things, no matter how reprehensible the subject matter, it paves the path for the government to turn people who read High Times or watch illegal street racing on youtube into felons. That is the logical extension of this way of thinking. Jails will no longer be filled with criminals but "potential" criminals.
