You'd be surprised. Sometimes the military doesn't dispose of shit like that properly. I've seen someone pull one of those outta a dumpster on a base cuz they didn't dispose of it correctly. Other times you gotta figure you got people working in the armory that just ain't honest. Counts get messed up and all of a sudden shit goes missing. It happens. A lot of gang members in the military too especially the Army and Marine Corps.

Whether or not it works is the better question.

I like how Benzino showing off guns and shit then Crooked I denounces the whole thing, but then Royce out there acting stupid showing off an AR with the drum and a Rocket Launcher.

im in the Army and believe me just cuz the armorer isn't honest doesnt mean he can just dispose that shit like that. the whole battalion,brigade, and division would be on lock down. the people who sign off on that shit fuck up, they go to jail. no one throws away a LAW rocket launcher. ive seen stolen pistols that end up on the streets and the fucking battalion was on locked down for a long time. and who ever let it go made alot of enemies. u can buy empty rocket launchers at gun shows.

that LAW is inert. in the 90's in LA I seen a working LAW though. A few years ago they busted some marine in B-more for selling BAR's, grenades and some other shit.
