If bee's become extinct, their niche in the ecosystems they were part of will have to be filled by something else (plant, animal, etc.) And in return, the balance of those ecosystems will be fucked up. Bee's may not seem so important, but when one little part of an ecosystem changes, the whole thing has to change in order to keep balance. And this is happening with a lot of different species at an incredible rate. So basically, we're all gonna die soon...

Who gives a fuck seriously, none of this shit will affect me. Call me ignorant, this is just another thing that will keep society worried. I'm not affected by this, life will be the same until I die. Famine is bound to happen in the US whether bees die or not. When the famine and diseases do come, WE DESERVED IT.

This affects you much more than your narrow mind allows you to realize

During the last 150 milion years flowering plants (Magnoliophyta to be exact) have coevolved with insects. The reason why insects have been so successfull is their intimate connection with magnoliophyts and vice versa (well, Wolbachia strains certainly played a great role too)

There are plenty of plant species who are pollinated only by certain isect species, the same way as numerous insects feed on only one type of plant

Bees are one of the most important pollinators so if they disappear it is not clear what will happen with the ecosystem in the short run. Of course, there are many other insects who can pollinate so in the long run the niche will be occupied by something else, but bees are the most numerous pollinators so a collapse of ecosystems is entirely possible

That's why you have to care

You're right about one thing - we most definitely deserve it
