I always presumed a j-cat was a square but I heard M-D use it in different ways, such as one who doesn't smoke or use (drugs). Just because you heard a slang in the bay don't mean it's bay slang or created in the bay. Fa sheezy, bleezy etc. is bay shit, "eezy." "inn" in between a word is also bay slang that hasn't been used for awhile, "ginname (game), fa shinno (fa sho)" etc.
