What program do you use to split them tracks and burn them so there is no pausing between tracks?

To split them I use musicutter [http://musicutter.szm.sk] Save the cue sheet to a text file then use Plain Text option when importing from file.

To burn them without a pause, most software will let you change the "delay between tracks." Usually it's once you add them to your burn list you can right click/properties and the 2 second delay will show up and you can change it. I use burnatonce though.
