First off, dude said to show the pics of the parents, so I did. He wants to try to follow through with his empty threat, be my guest. There are many cats riding for this dude, especially right now.

Go ahead and draw up your empty conclusions. Right now, NO ONE knows how the 8 yo got ahold of the gun. Everything was kept in cases. Nothing loaded. The media reports talk about the shit being loaded, but my folks didn`t keep his shit that way. He does know better.

Follow the story here. If you watch the video in the right hand corner, you`ll see the police confiscating the guns from the house. Everything had it`s own locked case.

I'm sorry for the loss of your friends/fam but it is on the parents! Im from a military family and all my fam KEEPS THEIR GUNS LOCKED!

It's not an accident if its locked and the kid gets it and doesd harm, but when it's laying around unlocked then there is the chance it's going to be used intentional or not. And whos repsonsiblity is it to lock it??? THATS where the possible charges of negliect come in. Do I think hge should be charged, NO because he has to deal with all this already as stated but don't get pissed at public opinion either because if proper steps were done it wouldnt have happened.

Now im just talking on the locking gun up portion, I fully understand that brother and sister may have been out of view for awhile that part I understand and am not bashing the parents on, my view is ONLY on why the fuck wasnt the gun locked up? Military teaches to careful with your firearms and always treat it as if it's loaded, keep in a safe spot from someone who doesn;t know how to properly use it......so again, unless these spins from media include that the brother climbed a desk unlocked a case put bullet in himself and shot it then there really isnt much to argue from on that possible charge.

off soap box, but rip to the girl and I hope mom and dad can get through this!

If this situation had happened to someone in your circle and you see the media twisting the story to sway public opinion, you get pissed fam. Same shit happened a few years ago when my brother accidentally killed a young girl. The media drug shit up from over 10 years ago, like that shit had anything to do with the moment at hand. That`s how they work.

So now when public opinion is turned to bashing the parents of a situation, on a very critical aspect of the investigation that NO ONE knows about, you do the right thing for your friends and family. The word I got that came directly from him was that his shit was put up and UNLOADED. How the 8 yo got it is a major question right now. If those statements have come out of pure fear, yeah, then he would be responsible. But until those questions get answered, bashing them only adds insult to injury.

Unless you have to go through a situation like this, you have no idea what it feels like. For those who don`t know, and yet find the need to talk shit, karma is a mufucka. One day you will know.
