they way this game looks is ridiculous. i mean you can see dust particals when they show the sun shining in that room. and when the dude hit the wall he kinda bounced just like reality. COD need to step there shit up next game or they might get dethroned.

Agreed. Battlefield>COD for the most part in my opinion. I hope for Battlefield they've built some killstreak rewards into multiplayer gameplay for Battlefield 3.
Killstreak rewards = rewarding camping, sniping, K/D worshiping and acting like an all around bitch afraid to die on a god damned video game. It's bad enough they put prone in bf3. COD fanboys can have their game and BF players can have ours. No need to water it down for REAL FPS L33TZ GAMERZZ! LOL.

Third new trailer.

One thing I noticed is that there is actually recoil in the guns ( a good thing ) and when he jumps on the LMG it doesn't appear to move as much but if you look at where he is shooting the bullets have a big spread area. Hopefully they keep the recoil in the MP side of things.

Battlefield 3 doesn’t only boast top of the range visuals and audio, it’s apparently got the length to match too.

In an interview with Games.on.net, DICE GM Karl-Magnus Troedsson commented on the game having a 12-hour single-player campaign. He said: “Naturally we want to introduce more people to our franchise. A lot of people don’t want to jump straight into multiplayer. They want to feel around a bit and they’re ready to move over to online.

“The hardcore online people, they don’t care, they’re just straight in. Maybe they don’t even touch the campaign. But we want to get more people in, invite more people into the franchise. That’s one of the main reasons why we have this different part of the game.”

If the campaign really does prove to be 12 hours long, will it be able to keep players engaged all the way through? It’s a challenge that many games have avoided by having dramatically shorter campaigns in recent years (looking at you, Black Ops), let’s hope BF3 shows them up
