My bad i misunderstood, i didn't know wtf =/= is? Not saying battlefield is better or worse. As far as popularity tho you can't really compare the 2.. I'll see the majority of yall in the MW3 thread next week!
As far as shooters go there is only so much you can change over time..I'm sure battlefield will be stale to some too after 8 installments.

As for MW3, I'm just tired of the Madden of FPS games. Each game gets less fun and I don't fuck with online nearly as much as I did earlier on, despite little improvements here and there.
Which is why I want this game. I want something different. A different feel.

I've always loved COD series until all this Infinity Ward drama, multiple developers started.. Now it's like there trying to copy the game they previously put out, no matter who developed it. BF3 is like a breath of fresh air, I got pumped for it, I love the realistic graphics.
I can honestly say after watching the first few vids of MW3, I had no urge what so ever to play it. I'll probably pick it up later, or try and get it off Gamefly, but it looks just like Black Ops. Activision has drained me of all my COD interest, and I think it's going to be that way for awhile.
