This game is fucking sick. Campaign is good, multiplayer is way better than the beta, and co-op is pretty fun. It's a lot better if you communicate though. Most of my friends don't have headsets but the gameplay is still awesome.

what's this I hear about a HD graphics/texture pack you can install? Is that only for both x-box & ps3 (not the pc version obviously) or just x-box? I assume it takes up a bit of a chunk of the harddrive...

This game is so fucking great. I tried to fly a helicopter in the first couple minutes of playing, not knowing I have to control yaw and pitch, got 5 people on with me tried to take off and killed us all lol. sometimes the mp has random Shit that is hilarious.

@MTT you'll like those Turtle Beaches. I used to have a pair, it makes the experience way more immersive. Check out War Tapes setting in the audio options on BF3. I think BC2 and BF3 have some of the best sound design in games I've ever heard. I'm bummed gotta wait til friday to play cuz I"m out of town otherwise this would be a day 1 deal for me. According to the BF3 uk forums the PC people are pissed and whining but most of the console people said the game is on point. But of course, PC people are always pissed about everything.

I havent hooked anything up yet, but the X12s just came out in August, they seem to have some nice reviews online

It was the special Kmart has this week...buy BF3 and they take $20 off the xbox headphones and $30 off the PS headphones

So without using coupons...BF3 and headset comes to round $106


But I think everyday price for the X12 is $60

You get it after reaching a certain score in your Engineer class. It's a remote controlled robot that can do repairs or arm the M-COM stations.

Nice to see everyone's liking it, I think the game is great. The campaign could have been a little better, but wasn't too bad.

LOL @ all the COD fanboys on amazon managed to leave bad reviews and have it get an overall 3 star rating, that's sad.
