They did revitalize the batman franchise with this as far as being able to make movies that are tolerable again.
Two many one liners
Bale was very very good in all aspects, but if he just gained 15 pounds of muscle he would be perfect. Doing this after the machinest was a set back.
The training sequence's and knowledge imparted were very much inline what would have shaped batman. Batmans psychology was perfect. The way he fought(they had him fight like the alien from alien, he was almost treated like a horror movie monster, quickly popping out of the darkness) was the way Batman should fight. The whole explaining the choice of "batman" was good too.
Christian Bale could have been better if he didn't try so hard to be
"this is my dark scratchy mad batman voice" so often. Being able to pull off the batman persona while wearing the suit is key. Keaton > Bale in that respect. But Bale is probably the best Bruce Wane so far just barely edging out Keaton for that one too.
I also wasn't really feelin the way they re-did stuff they already covered in previous movies. I know it got killed by the latest movies, but i don't think they had to separate all ties to the previous movies (the first good two).
I also have to say i'm VERY pissed they wasted Gary Oldman in this movie on a shitty cop role instead of saving him to be one of the most bad ass villains to grace a super hero movie.
Over all though Batman Begins >>>>>>>>>>>> New Star Wars Flick
People should feel shame for being so stuid as to waste tons of money on Star Wars and not on something so obviously superior.
I need to add that Katie Holmes b!tch nearly fukked up the whole flick. she sucks
@ them having to shoot her with errect nipples in every other shot to distract people from the horrid "acting"
