i was watching the news this morning and it said something about, its going to be hard to get a conviction even with the videos. the news also said even if he was charged it would either be involuntary man slaughter or voluntary man slaughter.

you said if he was smart he woulda held a news conference the next day with his lawyer, im 99.9% sure his lawyer didnt want him too. just like his lawyer told him to resign hours before he was going to get questioned by I.A............IMO, his lawyer is fucking him very badly...........

The video is horriable... they shoot, and just stand there letting him die. They don't even look like "ooops, oh fuck - call the ambulance"

no matter what those kids where doing, they had control of the situation and the police did not look "in-danger". Fuck what everyone says put him on a trial, and if he walks away - hell breaks lose. This shit is live on the net, there no hiding this, its no he said she said. Its right in front of our face! dude pulled out strap, when the other cop was holding him down and shot!

naw whatz fucked up bout da whole situation iz did yall see how da cop just grabbed Oscar Grant after he got shot instead of just leaving him there N calling 911 they pretty much just left him there 4 dead dat shit waz cold blooded.. if da D.A dnt file dat charge against dat cop theres going 2 be hell in Oakland
