I'd say that a lot of the preference towards Cane come from his style. Cuddie's style is not something that everyone is accustomed to. Cane got more of a style that you'd hear around the way so you peep it out and it makes you feel like "Oh shit, he got that delivery going on". A lot of artists like cuddie won't really get that same recognition or even attention because his style is way different from what is usually heard and deemed tight.
Cuddie had them personal disses going on a little stronger but if it wasn't for that, it'd be too close to call for me. Cane came out with some good shit too. But there's certain personal blows that I expect from a rap battle, specially when it's pre-written.
