Like someone stated this is the Southern California Forum on The Siccness...which is supposed to be the last sanctuary for Gangsta Rap..I would feel more puzzled at those who are not gangsta rappers on this site promotin...but at the end of the day to answer your question....
What does any of this matter to the next man? Why is what someone else loves or believes in less valuable then what another may believe. If someone finds value in something that enhances their quality of life or enjoyment good for them..and we care about ( Yeah I seen you say soft) we care about these people because we aint fair weather friends..i do not turn my back on friends because they may do something thats not legit..I may not condone this or encourage this kind of behavior but if you a loved one you always gonna be a loved one.

And you do raise extraordinary questions, that I could answer but I would be writing a book. in short, Im not saying turn your backs on the dudes, i still got g homies that i talk to, and some i do feed with a long spoon, but!! if you do deeply care about the person, and you have any sense, you should not facilitate that lifestyle and help them see that there are a lightyear of alternatives to what they are doing, because in the long run, pimpin, bangin, slangin, etc is self destructive.
my point is we should help each other out of that lifestyle and into a less imprisoning one, objectively and subjectively.
