idk how icp tricked anyone??? they never once said or had devil influences in their music... they are in control of their own music, if you felt tricked then your just a ignorant bitch. I mean seriously did you pathetic fucks actually think the dark carnival was ganna rise??? gimme a fucking break. You guys sound fucking dumb about the whole tricking idea.
1.) Intro - Reminded me alot like the old school joker card intros, i was actually really happy they went back to this style of intro. 7/10
2.) The Clowns Are Back - You know what im ganna get some hate for this, i was actually digging the fuck out of this song. It has like a carni beat to it, which is the shit to me. The hook was full of fucking energy, a song i could see them doing live. Shaggy killed this song, i love when hes his old self screaming all over tracks, i love the effects they added to his screaming as well; it dont get fresher than that shit. 9/10
3.) In Yo Face - this whole track is fresh from start to finish, it has that old school feel to it for real. From the beat to the verses and to the hook, it just slaps you in the face and once again shaggy is coming correct. I really liked this song alot and was LMAO during this as well. 10/10
4.) The Bone - You know what, I hated this song and beat. It really reminded me of the tempest and i hate that shit cuzz this album was starting to sound so fresh and new. I would say this was the worst song on the album, fuck this track. Only reason i didnt give this a 1 is because the skit at the end was some what funny to me. 2/10
5.) Zombie Slide - This song was OK to me, nothing special but wasnt bad at all... it kind of reminded me of one of those dumb songs every southern artist has about a retarded dance they want to create, but this is the dance juggalos can get down to; the zombie slide bitch! oh yea and shaggy actually killed this song, i was impressed. 7/10
6.) To Catch a Predator - This is some of that old school wicked shit right here. Its actually a good song from J, one of them story telling songs he does best. I really liked this song. 10/10
7.) Boing Boing - Beat has kind of a boing effect to it, which was funny to me. Song is about bitchs geting all wet over the clowns. Hook sucked, verses were alright; especially since they actually were pretty fucking funny. the best part about the song was the skit at the end and shaggz screaming at the end of the track, reminded me so much of the old school days. - 5/10
8.) I found a body - First of all the beat has a dark vibe to it that i love, another wicked track by the clowns; definately a bad ass song. 10/10
9.) Love - Has kind of a guitar beat which sounds worse then it really is, has some cool effects to the beat which makes it better. I liked the beat better than the song. Song sucked to me, i could see some people either likeing this or hateing this. So far to me this is the worst song on the album. 4/10
10.) Fonz Pond - Like someone stated in another review of this album, it sounds like a rock version of marsh lagoon; it really does. Its not bad at all, the beat is catchy but i wasnt digging this song that much but the story telling of J makes you want to keep listening though. 7/10
11.) Imma Kill You - Beat has an old school feel to it and the samples on the song are fucking great, i was catching myself boppin' my head to this. The beat and song is just full of fucking energy, I really found myself enjoying this one; shaggz really has shined on this album compared to his previous shit. 9/10
12.) Juggalo Island - I could see myself chillin' on a summer day drinking some brews having a BBQ or swimming bumping this song. It really has a good vibe to this song, I really thought i was ganna hate this song by the name of it but god damn it is actually fresh. Just a chill ass song at the end of the day. 10/10
13.) Vultures - Another dark styled beat with the piano keys that sound eerie in a good way. Song reminds me of another old school wicked track, im def loving this one. The hook was definately catchy as fuck. Cant hate on this track. 10/10
14.) Vera Lee - This fucking beat is killer, def one of the best beats on the album. J does it once again with a fucking wicked story telling song, he just pulls you in and you want to hear the end of this story he tells so well. Crazy song, i loved it. 10/10
15.) Miracles - Ok you know what, this is a song that sounds like youve heard before on any icp album near the end of their cds. It just has a good feel vibe to it, i could def smoke a fat fucking blunt to this and just zone out to the smooth melodies of this track. Everybody gotta believe in miracles, you know you love that shit. 9/10
16.) Bang Pow Boom - You know what I wasnt really feeling this song that much, I think the hook killed this song for me cuzz its just so fucking dumb. The verses arent bad at all, the beat has kind of a happy crazyness to it which is cool in a sense. Song is average to me and some what dissapointing with all the fucking bangers at the end of the album. 5/10
16 1/2.) This is the secret song at the end of the closing song of the album. Im atchually liking the beat, it has like a old school party; club vibe to it. Its funny when hes telling everyone to go woop woop and all these other commands i would atchually love to see this song live LOLOLOL. you might not understand what i mean untill you actually listen to this song. 7/10
Overall 8/10: I would say im def impressed with this album, maybe because my expectations where lower than the center of earth but you know what im fucking feeling this album. Definately their best release in YEARS!!! Mike E. Clark really fucking made this album come to life. He is a genius on the boards and sounds so well with the clowns, they really do work well together. You can tell they actually took their time with this album as well. Im ganna buy myself a copy and wont be ashamed for buying a shit album like some of the last releases by the clowns. Lets be honest though, this album is no way near a classic or anything like any of the jokers cards but you know what this was a fucking good ass album from the clowns who are def past their prime.
