is there anything a banana can't do? I just found out the greatness of frozen bananas, its like natures ice cream. I wish they didn't look so much like cocks so it wasn't suspect to eat them, then again its great to watch a chick eat one.

i take wax paper and mash them down not into much just flatten them then put it in the freezer.. comes out like a cookie. problem solved.

Campfire Banana Boat

- This popular camping dessert is very easy, and requires no dishes - you eat it straight from the peel!

Ingredients

* 1 banana
* Mini marshmallows
* Chocolate chips

Procedure

1. Peel back a 1 1/2 inch (4cm) wide strip of peel from the inside curve of the banana, leaving one end attached to the banana.
2. Cut out and remove a wedge-shaped cavity from the length of the banana.
3. Fill cavity with mini-marshmallows and chocolate chips
4. Replace peel and wrap well in heavy duty foil.
5. Place on coals for about 5 minutes.
6. Open carefully and eat with a spoon right from the banana peel.

Makes 1 Serving
