the problem is he aint been fresh lately. all the leaked songs I've heard sound like a million other bullshit songs. He aint gotta stay in the past but he's makin some generic ass music right now. I'm a big E 40 fan but this recent shit is a hell of a let down. I don't want no 1996 music, I just want quality music. unfortunately thats not what I've been hearing. This is the first 40 album I'm actually NOT looking forward to.
there better b at least 20 tracks on it cuz the songs that leaked aint up 2 his level. got rich twice is the only 1 that even sounds like a e-40 song. this definitly has the potential 2 b his worst cd ever & youll neva hear me say a bad word bout 40. i bought every album since in a major way on the day it came out & this is the 1st time 1 ever had 2 ponder if it wasnt gonna b classic. still gonna cop it the day it comes out tho. i actually hope most those songs dont make the cut. turf drop was the worst 40 song i eva heard until i heard the jam wit neyo. fuck neyo.
I will say this 1 more time to everybody on here every song that has leaked are all national songs that either get the attention of the radio, club djs, and Satelilite radio. Got rich twice was only leaked cuz there was a street video done to it. It would not make sense for any of the classic E-40 street songs to leak cuz it would serve no purpose for radio and clubs. Everybody knows he can do songs like got rich twice thats so natural to him and his huge core fan base knows he has those types of slaps. This is a business not a game you can not limit your self to 1 crowd. Before a majority of you pass judgement on this album and tellin other people its garbage and anything else wait until you hear the final product before you spread all that posion thru out there internet and streets. Some songs that you heard that leaked may not even make the album.
