You have clearly over analyzed Dr. Yate’s (aka Tech N9ne) business and artistic motives. While it is fun to fantasize that any particular release has some sort of purposeful market strategy in reality none of them do. The fact of the matter is you noble tech n9ne fan you, is that Aaron Yates releases any kind of mother fucking album he chooses at any given time and really doesn’t give a fuck what you think. It's not that black people dont like Tech N9ne as a rapper, but a lot of niggas i know just dont like that much of his music. He is about as tight as it gets on the mic but his songs can sound a lil......Strange. Thats what makes him his own artist tho. And i dont think he really tried to cater to black people.
