OK LONG STORY SHORT
got divorced last year, BM was cool with me seeing my kids whenever
we got in a big argument over a month ago dropping off kids but she was still cool after that. Then the next week, she tried to pull a fast one on me. I was taking the kids for a few hours, I called to drop them off and she was at some concert talkin bout i agreed to take them for the night. I worked the next morning and had no one to watch them so I kept telling her she had to pick them up, but I wouldnt give them to her if she was drunk.
Anyway bitch finally shows up with her friend, they both drunk...they call the police on me, police arrive and BM says they havent been drinking. But when cop offered them a breathalyzer, she admitted to having a few drinks. The cop said "thats it your done you lied to the police" and he let me keep them for that night.
Ever since that day the bitch wont return my calls, will only communicate thru txt or email. She filed for child support which she said she would never do now my shits getting garnished.
But heres where I need help. She made a motion thru the court for us to pick up and drop off the kids at some state run visitation center where we have to pay $10 each...each time we use this place. So If I pick my kids up Fri and drop them off Sun that would be $40 combined between us.
Ive tried to argue I cant pay it and she offers to pay the whole thing everytime. There is a court hearing on this Friday, but I dont even wanna go, i know the judge will side with her anyway so why take time off work??
Basically we are at a standoff now. She says she will only give me the kids if I use this exchange center, and I say I will never EVER use this center and if she wants me to see the kids she gonna have to exchange them normally.
Im betting she will crack eventually...but I really dont want my kids to have to suffer not seeing me and all.
IDK, anybody been thru this shit before?? Basically I dont wanna use that center just on the principal of it all, im a good dad, shes just being a bitch ass whore.
