Its got to be home made...1st time I ever tried someone made it..it was good, next time I bought some at the store..it was nasty..I made the same mistake twice.
Its in a lot of greek cooking. That picture looked disgusting, but it basically tastes the same as some hummus. Never had it in my life till like a week ago when I told my bro I never had a gyro before and he took me down to some mediterranean restaraunt.
no its not in any greek cooking. you might find it at a "mediterranean" restaurant that has foods from the middle east as well but you would never find it at a greek restaurant.
