What happened to him? He produced on Lynch's album, then had a couple on Kutt's. Tech and Krizz must not have felt his production enough to put it on their album. Nuff said?

Damn thats some big news he dropped.

3 unfilled positions for strange? I'd soooooo be down to sit in a place like that allday allnight.....

What was it 2 or 3 new buildings? Thats crazyyy, video production building sounds fuckin awesome.

Maybe they didnt use much of his work cause the way he protrays himself....
Not to sound shitty about it but you dont always gotta expose that you smoke weed...
That kinna hurts your chances to those who look down on it... just sayin.
Dope beat in the video above though. his flow was alright but then again hes a producer.

OT: I seen in a lot of stage/live videos lately the video playing in back of the artists, it looks good, I just thought it could be better. Doesn't look toomuch like a windows screensaver but it did have that feel.... thats my 2cents. maybe the videobuilding could workout for the better with that too??

Nuff said? Not really.

Why sign a guy to produce and make a whole vid about it if you don't like his fucking production?
Him being "signed to produce" is being blown out of proportion. It's not as if he's signed to the label in a similar way to that of the artists, where he's like an exclusive in house producer they have to use. I'm pretty sure either Matic or David commented that the paperwork signed were releases and agreements for the beats purchased to be exclusive, etc. and it's paperwork Strange makes all the producers they work with sign.

... and you comment on the video being made as if it was Strange responsible for the video. Axis (or rather, his people) filmed it and Axis put that shit up.

I wonder how this works if the beats are just sold outright or if they are licensed and royalties are paid to the producer. I'm guessing it would all just depend on what the producer is able to negotiate for themselves.

I recently saw psy is being sued by a old producer for 123,000 in back royalties for international sales they allegedly never reported and paid.

I swear to god this kid has to be from trtn.com....

anyway dont the producers in strange get paid a certain amount per beat plus royalties....i dont know what it is or anything....but think about it, with seepage Tech said 5 paid for but unused beats. If they were unused, then how the fuck did they get paid? common sense tells they get some sort of guarantee

my best guess, is that when tech likes a beat, he pays for it, therefore owns the rights to use and its his decision to use it whenever. Just cause you buy a dvd doesn't mean you gotta watch it bruhzilla
