This looks incredibly fake. I'm pretty sure there would be a bit more blood than what there is, and his back looks totally arched there like he is in a manhole or something. I'd say it was probably an artistic street demonstration. Maybe making a statement about their fellow Vietnamese.

It looked like hes body got twisted...that probably kept his guts in and kept him from bleeding to death. Its kinda like when someone gets pined between lets say a train and a concrete wall, their cut in half and still alive but when they move the train all their insides come out. I think this is the same thing but his body got twisted enough at his torso that it held his organs and blood in.

My better half tells me to just drop a R.I.P and split, however my other half tells me to make some sort of stupid joke and disrespect the dead. I'm going to cut to the chase here and just say I think you people are wrong for making jokes, even though for a split second I thought about doin the same. I guess that makes us cut from the same cloth. :(
