A-Wax to me just seems like he is more into beefs and controversy in order to sell his records.. whenever i hear A Wax name its never about his music, its always "A Wax did this" or '"A Wax said this" and never A Wax just dropped a new album".. i like a handful of his songs but for the most part he just seems like he trying to act tuff and portray an image..Which is cool but i would expect that from the younger rappers who like to beef and get in fights and shit.. just seems weird coming from a rapper who is 40+ years old

Also whats good with Blow putting out that album with the British rappers? Think it was called 'Bridge the Gap.' Lol no disrespect to the UK but I can't really takem seriously with them accents 😂

I can feel u on that.. A Wax music has better sound quality and more effects on his voice and probably better lyrics.. But Joe Blow raps bout shit i can relate to more..even tho A wax might be a better rapper skill wise.. rappers like Lil Dicky, Mac Lethal, Tech N9ne can rap they ass off and have better skills than most but they aint rappin bout shit i wanna hear about...I actually put A Wax in my spotify today and listened to his shit while i worked..some of his older songs are cool but his newer ones have to much effects on the vocals for me.. I was surprised i actually liked a song or 2 by him and that GMEB Bands guy or whatever his name was.. but not shit that i would normally listen to

I feel the same way. I just like Joe Blow's music better. On A-wax's newer music it does not even seem like he is Rapping to me, it's kind of a half talking-half singing, autotune style of flow and I don't like it at all. Also, it get's old hearing about a 43-year old Bay Area blood still trying to Bang on his rivals. Does anybody have any tracks to post were Joe Blow disses A-Wax? I have never heard one.
