Recommendations of the Commission for Assistance to a Free Cuba, recently approved by "President" Bush

Report to the President

May 2004

Colin L. Powell
Secretary of State
Chairman

1. Abolition of Pensions; the elderly will be put to work on "large scale public works projects."

2. Return all property to their pre-revolution (American) owners; current occupants will be evicted.

3. The world's best medical research centers are unnecessary; they will be abolished. Free medicine will be abolished.

4. Cuba's 65 free universities will be abolished.

5. All State enterprises will be privatized.

6. Since taking away people's land and houses and schools, forcing the elderly to work, taking away all their social programs, will necessary cause "extensive social unrest" a special program will be created whereby American families will adopt the orphans of the dead.

(^^Look Psycho logic, .GOV!)

My comrade just got back from cuba. He was with a solidarity brigade. He was there to bring humanitarian aid and help build things. I asked him how the common man viewed Fidel. He said, "they fucking love him!"

"Fidel has led us all our lives. He's been there with us through hurricanes, famines, starvation, invasion, terrorism, drought. He never flinched when the USSR collapsed, when the US tried to kill him, and because of his leadership we have no drugs, no crime, no hunger, no homelessness, no poverty, no need of medicine. I suppose some of his decisions could have been better, but we have no reason to complain"

Why any american believes Cuba needs to be "set free" or "liberated" is purely because of U.S propaganda. We intervene in Cuba, and we will destroy their country.

I've heard of Cubans being homeless and going hungry. I watched a documentary by a retired professor of Marxism in Cuba who still had to work to get by. The country is not 100 percent free, safe, happy, fed, etc. But it is definitely not the regime the US paints it as.

And their ideas of privatization of all of that country's resources make me fucking sick.

*sigh* -- I suppose we should destroy EVERY war and reconstruction plan we have, then.

Have NONE of you read Richard Clarke's book, or what? We have plans for ALL KINDS of countries. Any time a country pisses us off, we write one up. You can try to isolate this one like its the #1 priority all you want, but its one of MANY.....MANY plans.

Right is inconsequential (what matters thought without action?)

Necessary...yes, to some degree.

Smart, VERY.

You have some fucked up ideals, W.D., some fucked off ideals. First to bitch when you find out about pre- and post-war plans....first to bitch when you find out about the lack of pre- or post-war plans. How is your best friend Alex Trebeck these days?

It is 100% unnecessary because Cuba is not a fucking threat...lmao. Cuba is a strip of land about the size of what, the Bay Area? The size of 2 small states? If we really had a huge military need to overthrow or attack Cuba, our generals would make up the plan in 10 seconds flat. But this isn't about a military need. This is about a bunch of 75 year old Republicans who still live in the Cold War era worried about the "Commie Reds".

^^ Did you know you can drop out of "regular" high school, and finish alternative high school with the SAME DIPLOMA by going through a little stack of packets? Free doesn't mean good, friend...the same way dollar store doesn't mean quality.
