i was thinking about this game while eating tacos earlier yesturday..the ending was perfect fit. since this game isnt a "true" sequal but more of an add-on i felt it went good..it keeps us on the edge witth a cliff hanger
the new map is sick..it seems dark. i be getting murked with poisen alot
if you havent played through AC2 you probably wouldnt get the role lucy plays....like fillya said ACB is a continuation of the story from AC2 and shouldnt be looked at like it was AC3
i've played ac2 and i know lucy is a major character but after reading people's responses to the ending i was expecting something with a bit more of an impact

I'm not sure what could have a bigger impact to be honest.
[SPOILERS]
Lucy has been pretty central (in current times) through all three games. Obviously there's A LOT going on with her that is unknown for Desmond to have been forced to stab her. I'm very interested in finding out why it happened.

Ubisoft's just announced new Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood DLC, The Da Vinci Disappearance.
The add-on, which is planned for release on Xbox 360 and PS3 at the beginning of next month, will cost 800 Microsoft points (£6.85) and adds both single-player and multiplayer content.
"After the fall of the Borgias in Rome, Leonardo Da Vinci is kidnapped by the Hermeticists, an underground cult dedicated to transforming mankind," Ubi's single-player blurb reads.
"Ezio will embark on a relentless quest to recover stolen paintings in order to find Leo before it is too late, discovering two new locations and two new gameplay features along the way."
The multiplayer addition is described as the biggest expansion yet, with one new map, four new characters and two new game modes.
The new multiplayer map, Alhambra, is "a lush environment set in Spain's Albaicin of Granada" and provides "multileveled indoor and outdoor areas perfect for predators to lurk in the dense crowd for unsuspecting targets."
The four new characters include Dama Rossa, the Knight, the Marquis and the Pariah.
The two new gameplay modes are Escort and Assassinate. In Escort mode, two teams of four players compete in this team-based mode where each team must protect their VIP target or assassinate the other team's VIP. In Assassinate mode, six to eight players are pitted against each other deathmatch style in one ten minute round.
The Da Vinci Disappearance DLC also adds ten new Achievements, which for some is worth the money on its own.
just bought the davinci disappearance DLC
..worth the money i thought..about an hour or so of additional memory with 10 added trophies....haven't gotten into the MP for it yet....
I finished all the single player Achievements the other night and started to play some multiplayer.
I'm enjoying it, but it's fucking annoying that I haven't heard a single person talking on here, despite playing COOPERATIVE gametypes. Seriously, you need communication when playing a cooperative mode, and no one is doing that.
One of my buddies on XBL is gonna play it with me so hopefully it'll be better and then I can justify buying the DLC (so the MP aspect isn't going to waste).
the DLC is worth it even without the MP aspect of it...plus if your a trophy whore....they add 10 more to the single player campaign
im not a fan of the MP in the game either...takes hella long between matches also...i got bored quickly and too bad too cause it will be the reason why AC:B will not be platinum'd
