not much, ive kinda gotten used to just sleepin about 3 or 4 hours aday, but on my days off i usually sleep all damn day

Tell me about it. Lately I've been getting no sleep. But I end up feeling like a zombie the next day and I hate it. I can't focus on shit. And coffee and energy drinks don't work for me. Plus its super unhealthy. Your body needs 7-8 hours of sleep to function properly. So I'm going to try and get my sleeping cycle in order.

yeah it sucks, but the fucked up thing is i dont sleep for 3 or 4 hours strait, im just addin up the power naps i take lol
