eleectric circus was far from a classic. even common said himself the feedback he received from it was the lowest of any of his albums and admitted that erykah badu had him 'on some other shitr'

but i guess u can pick from 3 of em and deicde which is classic yourself..fuck it
yeh well when you hear it for the first time on shrooms in the back seat of a subaru thats doin 40 up a mountain in the middle of the night shit gon change your life...

yeah i come to the conclusion that the only reason i even partly liked electric circus (i bought the CD, no hate here)was due to drugs, its one of those albums when i sober up im ashamed about

i bumped that shit high as hell off xanax on a greyhound to las vegas i was feelin it too but electric circus is some weirdo shit lol

i like that birth of aqarius song but yeah for the most part erykah had his head tight hahaha thats why her bigass head was the biggest on the cover, id put be before electric circus just based on the fact he got his shit straight again which i didnt expect to see, i just thought common was far gone at that point

you make a great point though we all like albums due to circumstances

he was kinda on his andre 3000 shit atleast he tried somethin new i gotta give him that much

alof of people hate the album with reminding me of sef (with com as a kid on the cover) but i liked that shit because i had first started taking up drinking more at the time..circumstancial in the same way i guess

outkast is the only one i can think of....

nobody mentioned Luda though

Back For The first Time
word of mouf
Chicken and beer
red light district
release therapy

well... I don't know if i consider every one of those classics, but luda drops harder shit than 98 percent of rappers... esp. in the mainstream scene
Co-Sign

I even like songs that suck because he is on it. I was thinking about taking a lot of his verses that are on other peoples song, and make one mixtape out of it.

Whoever said "My Ghetto Report Card" wasn't a classic is dumb (no hyphy). It re-launched 40's career. Plus it had many slappers.
