If Kwame didn't hold on that play, Alex Smith would have been sacked. Kwame was falling backwards and did the only thing left to do, which was drag the pass rusher down with him and hope the ref doesn't see it. Otherwise, he's putting his QB at risk.

He shouldn't have been falling to begin with. And having his big ass on the ground would have been enough of an obstacle to slow the pass rusher down. He didn't pull the dude down on purpose, he did it because he didn't know what to do. I try not to bash any of our players, but Kwame has consistantly proven he doesn't belong on the team. It's sad when you see a big play and expect to see a holding call on Kwame Harris. That means he has to go.
