20-somethings don't work chef in expensive restaurants. It's all old people, artsy people, foreign/foreign-looking even.


My point was if i'm going to be paying extra, you better be putting some extra on my food. The more money i'm spending, the more likely I am to send some shit back. if i order a medium rare steak at denny's, and they give me something well done....it sucks, but fuck it.

If i do that at a steakhouse, believe, if its rare or medium, it's getting sent back....let alone being well done or blue rare. If anybody don't like it, I lift heavy boxes for a living, I'll be alright.
