First Degree is gotta be one of my all-time favorite rappers why??? He & his music is too damn original & creative from what I always hear from rap besides he's way ahead of his time & I reely seriously wish more rappers can have the balls to innovate stuff like DE did but sadly they cant cuz theyre afraid theyre gonna get clowned but DE didnt back down at all no matter all the hate & ignorance... When I first heard Planet Zero I was blown away!!! Ya wouldnt believe; to me that has to be one of the greatest rap records ever made musically!!! Thats clearly indicates that hes all about the music & doesnt give a flyin fuck about switchin is style & sound like all the other bandwagoners just to gain sum mainstream attention DE always held his own... I know sum of his later stuff are somewhat disappointing but I still bump them I mean all of them whenever I have the chance but its my all-time favorites that are on my regular rotation the most:

Before There Was Fahrenheit (underrated overlooked CLASSIC!!!)
Southbound
Planet Zero (definitely PZ!!!)
Damn That DE
The Big Black Bat
FU1
Look me in my face though!
Sactown B & Cs
Blackulem
Shlumpilious The Jester

features:
Young Joker-Look whos laughin at cha?
BLH-Loaded
Who Put Sac on the map?
G-Macc - V.A.M.P.I.R.E.
BLH- DAAM

Wow.... just wow. So damn that de, big black bat, those albums are god awful to you?
absolute trash to me. might have been one or two good songs between all those albums. like i said, his best work was on loaded and i think it was stellar. he just doesnt live up to his potential on his solo albums. just not my thing, not saying you have to agree.

D.e is one of the best out there today maybe no lyrically but on originality and style.Aint none as original ad he be.from his first cd to his newest they all slump.I got every D.e. cd and most his songs go hard..hes older stuff a bit better then his newer stuff but like he said music changes with life and that's respectable..but D.e. only being heard cuz on Lynch I think i would do that same with out em..Hes just that rapper u love or hate no in btween i guess..My opinion state
