I was lifting some weights today and heard a commercial about guys should buy this product because it makes you last longer and more enjoyable. I figured who listnes to these commercials? Probably kids who arent married. SO its like they tempt you to SIN; you should have heard the description. Whats your thought on that?

I don't think the only people that listen to the commercials are unmarried people. Anyone who happens to be on that station at that time will hear it. BUT about it being a sin.....hmmmm......I'd have to say that condoms aren't a sin, but maybe the part where they tempt the person to have sex. Temptation can be a sin. I'd have to hear the commercial. But I'm also no scholar. We'll have to hear how others reply.

Well anyone who is stupid to fall for that bullshit commercial is a dumbass. First of all, you don't last longer by the condom you're wearing. Sure the condom will last but will you?

What I want to know is that if the condom won't break and is durable.

These commercials also are telling kids and anyone else watching that sex has no consequences. You can have sex and no one cares. What they need to be teaching kids is responsibility and morality, not telling people it is okay to have sex as long as you are "protected".

how the fuck does that work? you people are lookin at it from an indifferent point of view, the condom company stated you last longer and its more pleasurable because they want you to buy their condom. now, this is where you all are getting confused, are you forgetting how completely USEFUL AND NESSACARY condoms are to everyday life? people that want to have sex and are gunna use condoms, they the commercial advertises to those people who want to USE the condoms. there are not trying to get you to "sin" (lol@sex=sinning) they are just hoping that if you do youll buy their condoms!

P. fuckin S.--WTF!i saw that commercial and come to think of it i remember every fuckin trojan commercial is about the same, people who are about to have sex anyways! unprotected! and the dood stops them so they use protection! HOW IS THAT BAD??

why is it a sin to have sex before you are married? because the bible says so? the bible also lists a lot fo other sins that are no longer sins.

besides there is no god, hence no sin.

Condom commercials arent about tempting kids to have sex before marriage...there about PROTECTING the kids who decide to...which is good. I bet you there would be a much higher percentage of STD infections if it werent for all the condom ads out there.

Protected sex is a good thing. STDs and unwanted pregnancies aren unecessary! But then again these condom commercials are just trying to jack you since they don't want you to use a regular no name brand condom you find at the clinic which basically does the same job!

Fuck condoms, I hate em anyways. I think STDs are govermently engineered anyways!

It's not just because the bible says it's wrong but it's the right thing to do when you sit down and think about it.
Also keep in mind that it's not just religious folks who don't believe that premarital sex is ok.
There is reason for this, you might get lucky and never have to pay for having premarital sex relationships but the negatives out weight the possitives here.
You can really dig yourself into a hole you'll never crawl out from, just from having premarital sex.
I can give you pleanty reasons why premarital sex is bad.
Logic tells you that you're better off holding out....

I know you will never understand this because you come from a society that's addicted to sex....



As far as Trojan commercials being a sin?
I don't think condoms are sin to begin with. There's a bunch of concervatives that are against this but I just think that they aren't thinking straight.
You don't educate kids about condom use then that will equal more abortions....

Got news for you bro...ALL humans are addicted to sex. I dont care what anybody says. Sex is our strongest human drive...because its our ONLY method of species preservation. Premarital sex bad? No. Unprotected premarital sex bad? Yes.

Got news for you, not everybody is addicted to sex.
I don't think your definition of sex addiction is the same as mine.
There is a huge difference between the drive to reproduce and uncontrolled lust.

Premarital sex isn't always bad as I said before, you can "sometimes" get lucky. But it can often go bad....
Case and point, give me an example as to why holdin out on sex until a marriage is a "bad" thing?

anyway.... the sole purpous of living things is to reproduce. can we help it that were are one of the few species that recieve enormous pleasure in the act?

what about a adolescent boy who is waiting until marraige. since he is not getting any, you know he's pulling the firehouse. what is he using to jack off to? porn. porn creates unrealistic expectations toward women, and in a lot of cases, degrades them. seeing women in pron also can make you lose respect for them. it doesn't happen everytime someone watches a porn, but it can and has.

That is true. But what separates humans from all other animal species is our capability of rational thought. Animals, such as dogs, have sex because it is instinctive.

My belief, which you and many others may not share, is that God created us with rational thought, as I said, and therefore holds us to a higher standard. Some people work hard to live up to these standards, others take the easy way out and don't want to do it. The choices that you make are up to you, whether it is sex or anything else. God or anyone else is not going to intervene in most cases.
