point blank if you played the 'oh i need a logo for my group' and when the fuckin logo gets done you magically seperate and have nothing to do with it, in court youd be considered a manager of the group dem pirahnas and therefore the moneys for the logo is your responsibility. you took the time to request the work personally and attached your email on it, whether you tried to be slick and make it the second contact to set up your fallout or not. now based on the fact i really doubt there was handwritten signatures and invoices, its probably NOT admissable in court. but that does not relinquish the fact that you acted as the controller and set up two shady contacts to work with and personally contacted the graphic artist in question for serivces rendered and given. his man hours, weekly, hourly, or a flat rate, has been completed..your end of the bargain has seen nothing but exscuses and lawyer threats... thats bad business. its bannable, its considered harrassment and even brinign lawyers into the situation is burning bridges with the entire siccness, as this is a gangster rap forum.
