Anyone work at rasputins?

I work at the one is San Lorenzo. It's a cool ass job. See a few people walk in every now and then, I've seen Andre Nickatina come in, B-Luv, Dru Down, and a few others I've been told have come through. My starting pay was $8/hr. That's cool to start off with, you get, I think, $0.50 every every 4 months I think it is if you're not fucking up and what not.
I worked @ the Rasputins in Berkeley 10 yrs. ago. If you want to learn about the bizness from a retail outlet point of view , it's a good place to start.
However.....
It's still a bizness, please don't idolize your contacts if you do get the job.
The last thing you want to be know as in the bizness is a groupie.
If you have a clear cut agenda, besides a check, stick to it.
It's still a job , you can be let go at any time , and you don't want to limit yourself to being "dude that used to work the record store".
Be bigger than the job , so your contacts that you make leave with you when it comes to an end, because it will.
