anyone replaced factory radio in a lexus es300?

unless you can explain to me how to hook up an 8 speaker system to a 4 speaker head unit and it sound proper then thats why. the crossovers are built into the amp. i wanted to know if someone here has done this before. if not fine. just say so. dont post links to sites that do nothing to answer my question. i know how to take the fucking radio out, which is what that site shows. and not what i asked.
