The best thing that worked for my dog is to get some dog shampoo with the flea killer in it and use advantix. If you ever get fleas in the house bomb it.

I HEARD SALT FOR THE CARPET KEEPS FLEAS AWAY!!! I DONT KNOW WHY NOR HAVE I EVER TRIED IT, BUT I WAS TOLD IT WORKS. PLUS IT'S A HOUSEHOLD ITEM
That's what I use. Sprinkle carpet with salt and let it set for awhile then vacuum later on. Sprinkle outside the door too cause they cling on pant legs thats how they get in too. They touch the salt and it absorbs the blood right out of 'em.

uhh i think i remember something like a candle in a bowl of water on the ground or some shit...
I put a white bowl with liquid dish soap (poured in, not all bubblely) and placed it on floor with a bright light shining on it. The fleas are attracted to the brightness and they jump in the water and cant get back out cause it's weighed down by the liquid soap.

he has a puppy, so that means he's gotta be more careful

i wasnt ever talking about Gas cuz Gas aint trying to get fleas out his carpet.....i was talking about dude who said he had to get them removed from his carpet....he said he went to home depot and masked lemon asked him why he would go there and i was just simply agreeing that home depot would have products for insect removal.....but if you read this thread then you should know this already......

The last thing I heard is IF they get Nto your household items, you should put em all N garbage bags, sealed tight, so they can suffercate N die. I wouldnt do it to a puppy IF your thinkin that.
Shit readin bout fleas makin my body itch.

advantage or frontline will work, also get flea control carpet deodorizer, also make sure you feed him good dogfood, that cheap shit sucks, i use the nutro max lamb & rice dry dogfood (only $30 for 40lbs at petco & petsmart), they got it for large breed puppies too. if u brush every week u wont get any hair around your crib with a boxer (with good food). to give him a nice shiny coat, put a raw egg in the dry food once a week.

and leash train him now! it'll never be as easy while he's young.

yea something like that. i think we used dish soap and a candle though, cuz they are attracted to light and heat i think
